Change a new one with other similar products, the company will notify the customer before change the product.
Offer customers to upgrade products, customers will get better technology product than the original model. Customers need to pay more difference price of product. The company will call to notify customers to acknowledge and confirm the upgrade before every time.
If customer need to wait for the change the product, the company will estimate schedule for the arrival of the product and informed customer to know the progress from time to time.
Repair the product to make it work normally and return the original product.
The product must have a Devas IPASON sticker attached to the product.
Products must be sent to claim together with the receipt, product box and accessories.
The company does not accept to change or return products that are not in the warranty period.
The company does not accept to change or return products that violate the warranty conditions or abnormal conditions.
The company reserves the right to change or return all kinds of products.
In case, the product is damaged from normal use and is in the process of waiting for the product to be replaced. There is a sequence of steps to follow:
Request for temporary product by dealer or the company. (Similar model of product that sends the claim)
Temporary product is not had warranty. If there is damage to the product, customers have to pay the difference.
Return the temporary product on the day of receiving the product that ready for the officials to inspect.
The product is abnormal shape such as broken, chipped, bent, dented, though, and some parts are missing.
The product has a condition that should not occur from normal use or keep the wrong methods such as water stains, rust marks, moss, burn marks, or printed PCBs are torn, etc.
The warranty sticker of the company or the manufacturer has marks, torn, faded.
The product has been used incorrectly or an accident with the product.
The product has been unpacked or opened to repair without the company's officer.
